Christmas 2015 was an extremely rewarding time for Cole’s with sales levels exceeding all expectations.


The Christmas pudding market showed encouraging growth in 2015 and this was certainly the case for Cole’s who successfully adapted to changes in consumer tastes and lifestyle. Alongside traditional best sellers such as Classic and Brandy, Cole’s has an extensive range of high quality speciality products such as Brandy Port and Walnut, and caters for the growing markets of Gluten Free, Organic and Alcohol Free. To ensure all potential purchasers are covered Cole’s also has a wide variety of pack sizes to cover single person, families and multiple person households.

Says Simon Hatcher of Cole’s: “The Christmas pudding market is changing and consumers are looking for better quality more bespoke puddings. We see this in the growing demand for our products from retailers, wholesalers, caterers and hamper companies. In 2015 our sales increased by over 10% and we are looking to build on this growth with more new product introductions and a positive marketing presence.”
