Leading kids fruit snacking brand, BEAR, is adding two innovative products – Bites and GIANT yoyo – to its growing portfolio this May. BEAR Bites will be introduced as a new sub-range aiming to help parents get their kids eating fruit and vegetables in a fun and interactive way, with the tasty snacks packed full of goodness – made from two thirds fruit and one third vegetable per Bite. GIANT yoyo will give families the chance to enjoy the brand’s best-seller in a fun new dual-flavoured giant roll for the first time.

Made with 100% fruit and vegetables, the products offer one of your five a day, contain no added sugar and are naturally high in fibre. BEAR Bites will be available in two variants; Blackcurrant & Beetroot and Strawberry & Butternut Squash, and will launch as a special edition with an ‘under the sea’ theme. To bring this to life, an on-pack partnership with the UK Sea Life Aquariums will see kids go for free with every pack of BEAR Bites – redeemable until May 2021[1]. The new line-ups will be a welcome new snacking option for parents looking for more choice.

BEAR yoyos are the brand’s best-selling product, worth £20.2m and with a 35% share of the kids fruit snacking category[3]. The launch of the GIANT yoyo range will help attract more people to the brand, with two new flavour combinations from BEAR for kids to explore – Strawberry & Mango and Apple & Blackcurrant. Cementing its place as a brand that genuinely makes the healthier choice easy for parents, BEAR is aiming to give shoppers more ways to encourage their little ones to eat fruit snacks and enjoy doing so with the fun of a GIANT yoyo.

BEAR Bites will be available in a multipack of 5 x 18g packs in a case of four, and GIANT yoyo will be launched in a multipack of 5 x 20g packs in a case of six – both will carry an RRP of £2.39.
