Tasting notes
Raspberry Inferno – Fairtrade Hibiscus gives this infusion its bright red colour and a light acidity which complements the naturally sweet flavour of raspberry; added to this is a touch of fiery chilli which gives this blend a subtle kick.
Lemongrass Ginger and Citrus Fruit – Zesty Fairtrade lemongrass has been blended with zingy Fairtrade ginger, grapefruit, oranges and lemons to create this uplifting infusion.
Peach and Rhubarb – To Fairtrade Hibiscus has been added the flavours redolent of summer with fleshy peach and syrupy rhubarb notes to give a drink which can be enjoyed throughout the year; try it cold in a tall glass with ice and a sprig of mint.
Raspberry, Ginger and Vanilla – Again, Fairtrade Hibiscus has been used to give this infusion its bright red colour and a light acidity which complements the naturally sweet raspberry, to which has been added warming ginger and creamy vanilla.
