Following extensive market research a number of the recipes have been tweaked to optimise the taste profile and to top it all Suncrest is being advertised on national TV with a brand new fun and quirky animated commercial. All this activity has been carried out with a view to increase the profile of the brand and increase sales.

Paresh Mehta, Commercial Director, Suncrest comments: “Last year we made seismic changes to the Suncrest brand. We’ve invested a great deal of time and money to improve not only the product but also the packaging. This investment is resulting in greater visibility and sell-through for us and our customers and feedback from consumers has been great. The new packaging uses a new version of our logo which is modern and crisp as well as a vibrant colour palette that our research shows appeals and gives superb standout on shelf.

We also felt that it was important to support our retailers and make sure that consumers recognise the new packaging. This has led us to doing our first national TV campaign for many years. The ad is a funky and fun animation, showing viewers some of our most popular drinks and then asking, “What’s your flavour?”

This is an exciting time for Suncrest and we’re certain that all this work will see increased sales across the board. Our drinks have great provenance and offer authentic flavours to our discerning customers.”

Suncrest is a well known and much loved brand amongst the UK’s Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BME) groups as well as mainstream consumers who like authentic tropical flavours. The brands’ portfolio of drinks is broad and includes family favourites such as Tropical, Hawaiian, Pineapple and Coconut, Mango, Guava, Passion Fruit and Lychee as well as Lassi’s, Cold Pressed Pomegranate and the increasingly popular 100% Pure Coconut Water and Aloe drinks.

There is also sparkling options with Suncrest Sparkling Mango and Sparkling Passion along with Red Grape and White Grape Celebration drinks. With Ramadan just around the corner this is a busy time for the Suncrest brand, which has been a household name in this market for a number of years. It’s anticipated that 2016 will see high sales of the 100% Pure Coconut Water, as it’s a natural source for rehydration and is rich in essential electrolytes and people are also keen on the authentic aloe drinks which give great health benefits.

Suncrest provide premium, authentic, mouth-watering, exotic fruit drinks from around the world that are strong on flavour for an amazing taste experience. All the drinks are produced in approved factories in the UK and Europe, meeting the latest health and hygiene standards.
