The UltraVent hood fits onto the SelfCooking Center, and uses patented condensation technology to absorb and draw off steam and vapour as the food cooks and when the door is opened. The vapours and steam are collected, condensed and easily drained away. No need for expensive extraction systems and no unwanted fumes and steam.
UltraVent requires no external connection and is easy to install, with no restrictions on where the SelfCooking Center needs to be situated. It saves space and installation costs and makes the working environment more pleasant.
