Pringles is continuing to support leading men’s health charity Movember for a fourth consecutive year.

For the first time since the brand’s 1968 launch, Mr P’s iconic moustache has been transformed into a QR code. When scanned, the moustache will take people to Movember’s Conversations tool. From there the user will be able to access the right resources and information to conduct meaningful discussions around mental health, including the ability to practice approaching important conversations with friends and family members.

Pringles ethos centres around sharing and coming together and with Movember’s work to drive more open discussions around mental health, the brand and charity have successfully partnered together since 2020 over the shared goal of getting people talking.

The partnership is also being brought to life in pubs, with tent cards, posters and beer mats directing people to scan the QR code and visit the Movember Conversations tool. The initiative has been activated in depots too, where retailers have the chance to win £1,000 that will be matched with a donation of the same amount from Pringles to Movember*.

The Movember can design landed on shelves in all major retailers and selected independent stores from August and will remain on shelves until the end of the month.

Beth Johnson, Pringles senior activation brand manager, said: “We’re really happy to see how the partnership between Pringles and Movember continues to go from strength to strength. Our limited-edition Movember Pringles design shows our commitment to working with Movember and the work they do in encouraging men to open up about their mental health.”

Anne-Cécile Berthier, Movember UK’s country director, said: “Movember’s aim is to change the face of men’s mental health and one of our main focuses is to help men live happier and healthier lives. We hope as many people as possible are able to pick up a can of Pringles and head to the conversations tool to learn more about the benefits of opening up.”
