New Potts’ Roasting Kits offer a complete solution to shopping and preparing a premium family roast and are the first of their kind on the shelves.
Each Kit consists of four independent components which are simply added individually to specific elements of a traditional roast to produce a reliably sensational dinner with minimal effort.
For example, Potts’ Roasting Kit for Beef consists of a Beef and Red Wine Gravy, a Yorkshire Pudding Batter Mix with Rosemary and a Chilli Hot Horseradish and Mustard Sauce. Turkey, Chicken, Lamb and Pork Roasting Kits are also available. Sauces are in easy-to-use disposable sachets and condiments are presented in table presentable jars.
The Kits have been created by Owen Potts, Recipe Developer and Partner at Potts Partnership, as part of their Divine Dinner Collection. Owen believes the new Roasting Kits provide a really simple way to add sophisticated flavourings to a roast. He comments: “This is a really exciting step forward for Potts as it’s completely new to market. TV chefs and cookbooks often do their own variation of a traditional roast but, whilst the ‘roast trend’ has caught on, it remains one of the most daunting meals for amateur cooks.
