Pollen + Grace, the founding brand of healthy food-to-go in grocery retail, has unveiled a vibrant makeover for its tasty range of fresh, all-natural salad bowls.

Empowering people to eat better since its launch in 2015, the female-founded business is building its presence as a supermarket staple, with its feel good meals backed by doctors, nutritionists, and chefs as it continues to innovate across the food-to-go category and beyond.

The vibrant, colourful and fresh look and feel of the Pollen + Grace range is guaranteed to disrupt the food-to-go fixture, bringing delicious nutrition the forefront of the category. Displaying insight-driven innovation, embodying Pollen + Grace’s brand values in the four key areas of packaging, recipes, nutrition, and design, the bold refresh marks the start of a series of considered activities and exciting new launches in the pipeline for the months ahead.

With 25% of shoppers saying they would like to see more plant-based food-to-go options[i], Pollen + Grace’s meals meet this need by promising all natural, 100% plant-based offerings. In addition, the new packaging ensures the brand’s field-to-fork freshness is instantly apparent. The delicious, chef-created recipes, are clearly visible, catering to the 29% of shoppers that say they would be most likely to choose one meal over another if it had healthy ingredients clearly displayed[ii].

What’s more, the new deli-style craft boxes authentically reflect Pollen + Grace’s mission to transform the food industry and food habits for the better, delivering against the brand’s promise for 100% recyclable packaging. A visual representation of how Pollen + Grace’s meals reflect those found in delis, the deli-style craft boxes are filled with real food, real nutrition and super fresh, quality ingredients.

Continuously improving and innovating, the refreshed recipes include redeveloped dressings for even more elevated flavours, new spice mixes, and some entirely new additions, such as the Mezze Houmous + Rainbow Veg Grain Bowl, inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine and packed full of bold flavours and delicious textures.

The brand’s targeted innovation and drive for further stockists and listings will see consumers able to enjoy Pollen + Grace’s delicious offerings whenever they need a tasty and nutritious hit, perfect for the 86% of shoppers trying to improve their diets[iii].

Stephanie Kingston and Kristina Komlosiova, the founders of Pollen + Grace, say: “Our brand refresh marks the start of an exciting year of activity for us. With a bold growth vision, fuelled by our passion for making genuinely nutritious food accessible and enjoyable, we have ambitious annual revenue plans to double in size. We’re expanding into new categories, have exciting retailer launches in the pipeline for summer 2023, and further big growth initiatives and goals ahead. Whilst our kitchen and team have grown over the years, our recipes and commitment to honest nutrition have (and always will) stayed the same. So, focusing on the positive health attributes that matter most to consumers, we have attentively listened to our customers’ feedback, combining this with foodie trends to carefully craft our best meals yet. With new plants, herbs and spices, dressings and more, our healthy meals lead on taste, whilst delivering perfectly balanced plant-based meals that are packed with protein and fibre. With all our meals designed by chefs, backed by nutritionists and ready to eat whenever you are, we look forward to unveiling more exciting additions to the Pollen + Grace range later this year.”

Reflective of the brand’s continued growth, Pollen + Grace was approached by Tesco and invited to take part in the biggest shake up of their food to go fixture in years. As the beacon brand for plant-based nutrition in the premium food to go bay, Pollen + Grace’s taste and health credentials offer value to the Tesco shopper, driving trade up and basket spend in the category. Marking a key step in the brand’s vision to transform the food industry and food habits for the better, making nutritious, delicious food the norm, busy shoppers can now grab a Pollen + Grace meal, a snack, and a drink to feel good about, for £5 (with a Tesco Clubcard, £5.50 without), at over 500 Tesco stores nationwide.

The new Pollen + Grace packaging and recipes are rolling out in stores now.
