Burton’s Biscuit Company is unveiling an eye-popping range of Halloween-themed household favourites to ensure that sweet biscuits are an integral part of this year’s spooky celebrations.
The frighteningly strong range is the UK’s largest selection of Halloween-themed sweet biscuits. The range comprises Cadbury Fingers (Terrifying Toffee Witches Sticks), Cadbury Mini Animals (Halloweenies), Cadbury Mallows (Vampire Bites), Cadbury Mini Scary Fingers and a mixed bag of Monster Treats containing three packs of each of the following mini products: Maryland Cookies, Cadbury Fingers, Cadbury Animals and Jammie Dodgers.
This year’s Halloween range also features new, eye-catching pack designs and shelf-ready packaging for maximum impact in-store.
David Costello, Burton’s Biscuit Company’s Category and Activation Controller, says the wide choice of biscuits and pack formats meets a variety of Halloween eating occasions, in or out of the home.
“Last year, sales of Burton’s products accounted for 92%* of all Halloween-themed sweet biscuit sales, which were up 15% on the previous year*. Our Halloween range is even stronger this year, enabling consumers to enter into the ‘spirit’ of the occasion at parties, trick or treating or on the go in the run up to Halloween.”
In research, over 90% of consumers said they were likely to buy Burton’s Halloween-themed biscuits**, with an equal number saying the range would have standout on shelf**.
