All our products are made with quality natural ingredients (local whenever possible) & no E’s prepared & cooked in open pans ensuring that it is just like Great Grandma used to make.
All Downsman brand flavours have been chosen to appeal to the discerning shopper, Marmalades include No Bits, Seville, Breakfast (Sweet Orange), St Clements (Orange & Lemon), Root Ginger & Seville for the Ginger fans & the refreshing Lemon & Elderflower, by popular demand we have had to add Grapefruit, Thick cut Seville, plus Bottle Wreck Porter Ale & Seville. Jam flavours include Raspberry, Strawberry, Apricot, High Dumpsie Dearie (Plum, Pear & Apple), Rhubarb & Ginger, Ginger, also we have added Blackcurrant as well as Gooseberry.
