  • PepsiCo is celebrating its continued partnership with the UEFA Champions League with the launch of limited-edition packs across its core Walkers range featuring legendary football talent. 
  • The activity forms part of Walkers latest campaign, ‘No Walkers, No Game which debuted in April, featuring David Beckham and Thierry Henry.
  • From the 6th of May, shoppers will have the chance to win £500 every 90 minutes‡, by purchasing the new limited-edition talent packs.

As part of its continued partnership with the UEFA Champions league, PepsiCo has unveiled new limited-edition packs across its Walkers core range, which will celebrate five footballing legends. Shoppers can now get their hands on packs of Walkers featuring football icons: David Beckham, Thierry Henry, Leah Williamson, Lionel Messi and Gary Lineker.

The packs, offer consumers the chance to win £500 every 90 minutes‡ from 6th May until 14th July. To enter, shoppers need to purchase a promotional pack of Walkers, scan the QR code, then register their details and pack code on the website.

Rachael Smith, Senior Marketing Manager, comments: “This is set to be a huge summer of football in the UK and will be a prime opportunity for retailers to build on the excitement of football fans across the nation. With snacking moments increasing when consumers watch sport with friends and family[1], the limited-edition packs and on-pack promotion will give shoppers the chance to celebrate the football season with Britain’s most loved crisp brand[2]. With several million people estimated to be tuning in to watch UEFA Champions League Final[3], retailers can utilise these launches to maximise the sales opportunity.”

These latest activities form part of Walkers’ new campaign, ‘No Walkers, No Game’, which is being supported by a 360 campaign.

The limited-edition packs are now available across the grocery channel for a limited time only. The on-pack promotion is live from 6th May and shoppers can enter by purchasing qualifying packs of Walkers products until 14th July 2024.
