lazloVery Lazy, the range of chopped and pureed garlic, chilli and ginger is bursting back on TV this month with the second phase of its £1.5m brand re-launch.

The campaign, which launches this month, sees the return of “the world’s fastest human chopper, Lazlo Vaslavsky” in a newly edited 30” version of the advert, supported by two 10” cut-downs, “I will not chop the garlic” and “Faster than squirrel”.

The re-launch of Very Lazy began in January 2010, centring on the first ever TV advertising for the brand. Grahame Wright, marketing director at Very Lazy said: “This second phase will build on the success of the initial advertising campaign, which saw Very Lazy brand awareness double among our target ABC1 adults and year-on-year sales increase by 30%”.
