International market leader in the bakery industry, St Pierre Groupe, is bringing excitement to the Fresh Bakery category with a new range from Paul Hollywood. The collection of fresh bakery goods, which launched in Tesco stores nationwide from May 2019, will be Paul Hollywood’s first in this category. The range, which consists of Stonebaked Flatbreads, Wholemeal and White Country Loaves, and Belgian Chocolate & Orange Teacakes, has been launched in response to consumer demand for diverse and innovative bakery options.
Talking about the entry into the fresh bakery category, Paul Hollywood says: “I’m really excited to be launching my new range of fresh White & Wholemeal Country loaves, authentic Stonebaked Italian Flatbreads, and my undeniably tasty Chocolate & Orange Teacakes. The new loaves deliver exceptional texture and authentic flavour – I’m confident they will have real stand out in the fresh bread category.”

The Wholemeal Country Loaf, RSP £1.80, will be available in Tesco stores from May 2019. Each 400g pack contains 12 servings and is sliced for convenience. The loaves are made with the finest stoneground flour and topped with oats before baking, giving them a delicious nutty flavour.
The White Country Loaf, RSP £1.80, will be available in Tesco stores from May 2019. Each 400g pack contains 12 servings and is sliced for convenience. They are made from the finest quality ingredients and topped with poppy seeds and millet. These white loaves use stoneground flour and are soft and light in texture with a deliciously baked crust.
The Belgian Chocolate & Orange Teacakes, RSP £1.50, will be launching in store from June 2019. Each pack contains two teacakes. They are soft, fruity and light in texture and combine rich Belgian chocolate chunks with a zesty orange flavour to give the teacakes an indulgent twist.
The Stonebaked Flatbreads, RSP £2.00, are available in Tesco stores now. Each pack contains two Flatbreads, hand-stretched in the traditional way and made with extra virgin olive oil and durum wheat. The Stonebaked Flatbreads are baked in a hot volcanic stone oven to give a truly authentic flavour.
