TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT…

Here’s what some of the visitors had to say about last year’s show:

“A really well organised show containing many large integrated and niche market players and with a strong focus on payments, which is currently an important area for retailers” – Sam Allanson, Innovation Manager, Kingfisher

“This show has lots of ideas, some of which, I’ll be incorporating down the line” – Keith Hillier, Business Development Manager – Retail, Wilkinson

“I would personally recommend the Retail Business Technology Expo to anyone interested in keeping up with the latest innovations in the retail world. This was my second year at the retail expo, and once again it ticked all the boxes. A good mix of informative seminars, and technology suppliers showing their latest gadgets for retail. We gained some valuable new contacts we look forward to doing business with.” – Conrad Hill, Head of EPOS IT, Costcutter

“A fantastic event! A real wealth of information and insight was provided from a wide range of retailers across the industry in the seminars, and an extensive list of exhibitors was on hand to offer further insight.” – Rachel Horsefield, E-Commerce Manager, Boots

“Retail Business Technology Expo was a great opportunity to touch base with existing suppliers and discuss future opportunities, as well as meet new suppliers who can help support the business in the future.” – Robert Irving, IT Purchasing Manager, The Rank Group

“I attended the Global Retail Forum meetings on the first day, as they were relevant to my role. The sessions I attended were very inspirational and interesting. I had a look round the exhibition, and found the experience really useful.” – James Marshall, Marketing Manager – F&F Franchise, Tesco Stores Ltd

“The show was very useful and informative. I’ve got lots of new supplier leads on innovative technologies that can now be considered for trial in our stores in the near future” – Gareth Helliwell, Business Systems Analyst, Tesco Stores Limited

“I work as a Programme Manager within New Channels at Marks & Spencer. We were at the show observing new technology trends in retail with a keen interest in looking at digital customer experiences in store. We saw some great technology and met with several potential suppliers. It was a very worthwhile day.” – Craig Smith, IT Programme Manager, Marks & Spencer

“I found the Retail Expo really enlightening. The mixture of relatively short and precise presentations, with a wide range of subjects to choose from, in combination with the stands providing the opportunity to make new contacts and meet up with a vast number of suppliers was great.” – Merete Lassen, Project Manager, Coop Norway

“I found Retail Business Technology Expo to be time very well spent. I attended four of the seminar presentations and thought them to be both interesting and useful. I will certainly be back next year.” – John Zray, On-Line Delivery Manager, Pizza Hut (UK) Ltd
