Fig & Quinoa has been announced as the latest cookie creation from Doves Farm, the gluten free, organic and Fairtrade specialists.
Joining an existing organic cookie range of three delicious flavours (including Cocoa Crunch, Lemon Zest and Stem Ginger), Doves Farm proves once again that gluten free doesn’t have to be fun free!

Made with organically grown and Fairtrade sourced ingredients, together with a Gluten Free flour blend comprising Rice, Potato and Maize, we expect these cookies to be enjoyed by the whole family, not just those with special dietary requirements”
One of the richest fibre plant sources, figs contain antioxidants and many essential vitamins and minerals, whilst Quinoa, a heritage grain which contains all 9 essential amino acids, is a good source of fibre and is high in protein.
As with the rest of the range, Fig & Quinoa cookies are made in a gluten free UK bakery which does not use wheat, nuts, milk or soya. Further, only the finest quality ethical ingredients have been used, including palm oil from sustainable organic farms in Columbia (which does not harm the habitat of orang-utans) and no additional colourings, artificial flavourings or preservatives.
Doves Farm Organic and Gluten Free Fig & Quinoa Cookies were previewed at the Natural & Organic Products show in April and will be available in 150g boxes at quality independent retailers from May.
