Kepak Convenience Foods, the number one name in Hot, Quick & Tasty snacks and meals (HQT) is backing its leading lunchtime brand, ZUGO’s Deli Café, with a major brand sponsorship of a number of popular, talked-about TV shows on ITV2.
Brand new idents have been created for the sponsorship, which runs from April to June. The idents highlight the product benefit of bringing consumers a deli experience from the microwave and are delivered in an engaging and endearing tone. The campaign highlights Kepak Convenience Food’s commitment to sustained investment into its brands, with idents appearing during programmes including Peter Andre: My Life, dating reality series Love in the Wild, Big Rich Texas, Animal Practice, and supernatural drama 666 Park Avenue.
The high-profile TV channel is available to all consumers in the UK and the campaign will reach 54% of the Zugo’s Deli Café target audience of working adults.
John Armstrong, Kepak Convenience Foods’ Marketing Director comments: “ITV2 is known for showing the must-see TV programmes that everyone loves to talk about. Zugo’s Deli Café will be visible on idents throughout the channel’s peak-time schedule from April to June, driving awareness and demand.”
Ryan Gardiner, Sponsorship Sales Manager at ITV, said: “I am delighted to welcome Zugo’s Deli Café to ITV2 for their first sponsorship with us. Telly Worth Talking About is a great fit for their brand and look forward to working with them to make the partnership a success.”
Kepak is urging retailers to stock up on the ZUGO’s Deli Cafe range to capitalise on the anticipated increase in consumer demand.
