Walkers is introducing a new Fusions variation to its popular Oven Baked range to bring a light and crispy potato snack bursting with flavour to shoppers. The new snack is made with real ingredients that are baked in and topped with a fusion of irresistible flavours targeting those looking for a mouth-watering taste experience.

The portfolio offers the recognisable oven baked taste, which has 50% less fat in three multi-dimensional fusion flavours: Thai Chilli & Lime, Spicy Tomato & Herbs and Cheddar & Red Pepper. All three flavours are available in multipacks with the latter two also available in a single serve format.

Targeting shoppers looking for alternative snack choices that deliver a double taste sensation, the oven baked crisps contain 50% less fat than standard potato crisps thanks to the method of cooking. The Fusions line-up offers topical seasoning and more unusual flavour combinations with herbs and spices baked into the crisp. Oven Baked Fusions have been created to appeal to a new audience as well as existing fans and performed impressively in consumer testing as a strong, extremely tasty concept with attention grabbing packaging.

The range will carry a RSP of £0.70 for the single serve packs and £1.80 for the multipacks; will be available across grocery, wholesale and convenience, as well as being supported by TV advertising during July and August.
