The results of the company’s annual customer survey gave an overall satisfaction index of 80%, putting Unibake among the top 5% of all UK companies for service levels.
On the key aspects of its service, Unibake’s customers rated its performance comfortably higher than expected target levels for surveys conducted in this manner.
According to the survey responses, the three most important aspects of service were product quality, delivery service and the performance of the account manager. In all of these, attainment scores were well above standard.
