The UK’s leading gluten free pastry, Too Good To Be Gluten Free has won a new listing in Waitrose for some of its latest dessert ranges. Too Good’s Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tart, Bramley Apple and Blackberry Tart and Tart Au Citron are available in 187 Waitrose stores.

Sam Benjamin, brand and marketing manager at Too Good, said: “We’ve been working closely with Waitrose on expanding the gluten free range. Waitrose already stock some of our best sellers and they’ve also played a key role in launching our gluten free snack packs. We are really pleased they’ve chosen to start listing our desserts which add some real depth to the Too Good offer at Waitrose.”

The desserts Waitrose have opted for use some of the finest ingredients to offer a flavour and taste that is, according to Sam, indistinguishable from gluten alternatives.

The dark chocolate tart, uses rich dark chocolate and salted caramel cream, dusted with cocoa powder settled into Too Good’s blind baked crisp and buttery chocolate pastry.

Too Good’s Bramley Apple and Blackberry Pie uses a lively blackberry and vanilla compote nestled in a crisp pastry, hand sprinkled with demerara sugar.

Finally the Tart Au Citron, combines a fresh and zesty lemon with Too Good’s signature crisp and buttery pastry.
