The Collective is adding a brand new, limited edition flavour SKU to its range of gourmet yoghurts with the release of its Limited Edition Strawberry & Mascarpone (RRP £2.00 for a 450g tub), to all major retailers. This is the first time mascarpone has been folded through the yoghurt base to create a strawberry yoghurt like no other.
For the latest Limited Edition, the gourmet yoghurt brand has used its trademark innovation to create a flavour inspired by the quintessentially British combination of strawberries and cream. They’ve folded mascarpone through their thick and creamy gourmet yoghurt base and two layers of exceptional strawberry conserve, containing real pieces of juicy and sweet strawberries, infused with a touch of balsamic vinegar, adding a mellow tartness which seems to draw out even more flavour and sweetness from the strawberries.
Like the whole of The Collective’s range, this latest creation is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It is suitable for vegetarians, is gluten free and packed with live cultures. With a silky smooth texture, it’s the only yoghurt on the market with mascarpone folded through the base.
This limited edition flavour is available from mid-June 2017 until September 2017, rolling out nationwide into 1300 stores. Its summery theme and fresh, innovative flavours make the product a perfect accompaniment to the classic sporting events of the Great British summertime, such as the Wimbledon Championships as well as a luxurious addition to picnics and barbeques.
Amelia Harvey, co-founder of The Collective says: “The Collective is excited to be launching a summerinspired Strawberry & Mascarpone Limited Edition. It’s perfect to dollop alongside some fresh fruit or to enjoy on its own. Its summery and fresh flavour makes it the perfect go-to yoghurt dessert for the great British summertime.
“Both adding balsamic vinegar to a strawberry yoghurt infusion and mascarpone to a yoghurt base is a first in the UK, and we’re proud to be the trail blazers.”
