Leading Southeast Asian food brand Thai Taste has continued its summer sampling campaign with its, bespoke Thai Taste Tuk-Tuk becoming a star attraction at the Just So Festival and Big Feastival.

The core aim for the brand, owned by Empire Bespoke Foods, was to drive awareness of the quick, easy, high quality and versatile nature of the Thai Taste product range in order to increase trial, usage and the number of Thai food occasions taking place in the UK.
The summer sampling campaign kicked off at the Just So Festival in Staffordshire on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd August and was followed quickly by a visit to tantalise people’s taste-buds at Alex James and Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival event in Oxfordshire on the 28th,29th and 30th August .
The innovative brand dished up authentic Thai Taste treats to consumers at both shows with different sessions taking place throughout the day such as Thai Breakfast Club, Thai Street Food and a Thai Curry Club. Live cooking demonstrations and classes were also run along with competitions, giveaways and even a Hula hoop challenge for kids.
Commenting on the brand’s sampling campaign, Nina Prabhu, Empire Bespoke Foods’ Marketing Manager, said: “This is the first time the brand has been at a big festival so we decided we had to do it in true Thai-style with a Tuk Tuk. The events are the ideal way to introduce new people to Thai cuisine and the Thai Taste brand but are also the perfect opportunity to help drive Thai usage occasions by showing consumers how our products can be used to add some classic Thai flavours to a host of dishes and everyday recipes. The feedback and reach the events have provided has been terrific so we are already planning the next Thai Taste Tuk tuk adventures.”
Launched in 2004, Thai Taste consists of over fifty products including sauces, pastes, meal kits, dipping sauces, rice, specialist ingredients and noodles all exclusively made in Thailand from fresh, locally sourced ingredients with no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. The exotic and versatile range features classic Thai favourites such as fiery Sriracha Chilli Sauce, fragrant Green Thai Curry Paste and Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce.
