Eat Natural now offers a threestrong ‘protein packed’ range where taste and goodness are king.
Following on from its now bestselling original version, the Essexbased company has just launched two new variants: ‘protein packed with salted caramel’ and ‘protein packed with chocolate and orange’. The bars both come in single bar format and the ‘salted caramel’ is available in a 3-bar multipack format.
Each bar contains a whopping 11g of natural protein. In the last year, the market for protein-enriched cereal bars has grown by 82% (Source: Mintel) showing just how popular they are. Eat Natural has added these new variants to its range to help its customers feel ‘fuller for longer’ whilst at the same time enjoying a delicious, wholesomely nutritious treat.
Eat Natural protein packed with salted caramel and peanuts is a satisfyingly salted-caramelly, chewy bar of chunky, nutty heaven: a textured combination of peanuts (naturally sweeter than most, and fill over half the bar), salted caramel, dates, almonds, soya crispies, and a bit of honey.
‘Protein packed with chocolate & orange’ is available in a single bar format and is a chewy, chocolatey, zesty, nutty bar, made with orange oil from Brazilian and Spanish oranges which gently infuse the bar. Once again it is packed with peanuts alongside peanut nibs for a blissful texture. Juicy pieces of apricot and indulgent chunks of dark chocolate complete the bar along with soya crispies and a bit of honey.
The original ‘protein packed’ bar was launched in 2015 and became an overnight hit with consumers. Eat Natural founder Praveen Vijh says, “We know how popular protein-enriched products are now, but back then we weren’t so sure. But it’s a huge sector, growing all the time. Our customers tell us every day that they are interested in increasing the amount of natural proteins in their diets – particularly if they enjoy a gently active lifestyle such as jogging, walking, rambling etc.” He goes on to say, “With more people than ever getting active or simply trying to lead a healthier life, we wanted to create a range of good-for-you snacks that everyone could enjoy without sacrificing taste on any level whatsover.
