This summer, Dr Will’s brings a healthy dose of flavour to our favourite sauces, as its all-natural condiments land in-store at Selfridges.
Free from refined sugars, the new range includes Tomato Ketchup – the classic condiment, Beetroot Ketchup – an earthier alternative that’s perfectly paired with fish and goats cheese, and BBQ Sauce – a smoky marinade or sauce to elevate even the most humble cheese on toast.
Made using natural, quality ingredients with absolutely no preservatives, the flavoursome trio of sauces were developed by friends Dr. Will Breakey and restaurateur Josh Rose, who spent a year testing recipes in an effort to satisfy their own condiment cravings:
“For too long hidden sugars have been bottled up in products. We set up Dr Will’s because we couldn’t find a better, natural alternative to the everyday sauces that we can’t live without. We’re all so much more aware about the provenance of our food and the produce that we use, it seems only natural to extend this to the condiments on our table.
