The Ritter Sport Duo range features three unique bars, each combining two perfectly paired flavours for a double indulgence experience. Each bar is split half and half with two unique, mouthwatering flavours. Launching in the UK this July, starting with Sainsbury’s.

Ritter Sport, with its market penetration significantly above many legacy chocolate confectionery brands and an impressive 63% of its sales being incremental to the category[i], continues to outperform the market[ii]. This innovative new chocolate bar launch will also benefit from the brand’s NEW FOR 2024, brand building marketing platform launch and its largest ever investment into media. Each 218g Duo bar, MRRP £3.50, promises double enjoyment and a special indulgence with two delicious varieties in one.

Unwrapping the New Duo Range…

Opposites attract: Sweet’n Salty Duo. Sweet or salty? Preferably both! With “Caramel Crush” and “Big Brownie”, the new Ritter Sport Sweet’n Salty DUO combines these two opposites to create a perfect flavour experience in which delicious caramel cream with salty pieces of butter biscuit meets rich brownie cocoa cream.

Double the crunch: Crunchy Duo. Crunchy DUO is the perfect match for anyone wanting maximum crunch! “Crispy Cream” with a filling of fine hazelnut cream and crunchy cornflakes meets “Choco Crunch” with cocoa cream and chunks of macaroon and roasted hazelnut.

Give it a shot: Coffee Duo. Coffee lovers will find the perfect pair with Coffee DUO. “Milky Macchiato” with delicious coffee cream and fine Madagascar vanilla harmonised perfectly with “Crunchy Coffee” and its filling of cocoa cream with caramelised bits of coffee.

All products are made with 100% certified sustainable cocoa sourced from long-term partnerships.

The NPD launch is supported by Ritter Sport’s new brand-building platform, “World of More,” focusing on taste, quality, and sustainability. The platform features Don Choco, a loveable sloth character and Ritter Sport brand ambassador who passionately promotes Ritter Sport and his home, El Cacao, which is Ritter Sport’s wholly owned cocoa farm. Through his charming song and social media presence, Don Choco aims to share his love of Ritter Sport’s feel-good flavours, delighting chocolate lovers everywhere.
