NEW Monty Bojangles Purrs are set to usher in a new era of excitement, designed to reinvigorate the category and rekindle consumer joy. The product launches during a hugely successful period for the brand, following which it’s on track to break through £12m value sales, having also won the 2023 King’s Award for Enterprise, International Trade.

The Belgian milk chocolate velvety truffles, with Monty Bojangles’ best-in-class Belgian chocolate quality, deliver a point of difference in stand-out bold packaging featuring Monty Bojangles’ iconic cat design in vibrant pink. With 8.2 million cat households in the UK[i], Purrs will leverage this cat appeal, harnessing the undeniable popularity of our feline friends and amplifying the success of the brand’s ever popular Cat Tins.

Environmental & Sustainable RFA Certified, the milk chocolate velvety truffles will be landing in Waitrose from May, RRP £6.00, and are set to cut through the competitor’s overwhelming presence on the fixture, ensuring differentiation and mitigating the current risk of stagnancy and predictability for the category.
