- Peter de Roos to join Lidl GB as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from 1st April 2022
- Follows the promotion of former CCO Ryan McDonnell to CEO
Lidl GB is today announcing the appointment of Peter de Roos as Chief Commercial Officer for Lidl GB.
Formerly CCO for Lidl Netherlands, de Roos will join Lidl GB from 1st April 2022, taking on overall responsibility for Buying, Marketing and Promotional Activity, and will report into new CEO, Ryan McDonnell.
In November last year Lidl announced that McDonnell would be taking on the role of CEO at Lidl GB from February 2022, following the move of current CEO Christian Härtnagel to Lidl Germany.
Martin Kottbauer, who retains responsibility for Buying, will continue as Chief Trading Officer on the Board, reporting directly to de Roos.
