The ITQI judges are selected from the 15 leading European culinary and sommeliers associations providing a highly qualifed and experienced tasting panel. This panel gave Džiugas Gourmet a mark of 95.5% for its taste and over 90% each for its first impression, vision, smell and texture, qualifying it for an overall 3 star award.
This is just the latest accolade for Džiugas, which currently also holds the Best Continental Cheese title from the World Cheese Awards.
