By bringing together two of France’s most exquisite desserts, the Créme Brulée and the Tartelette, French pâtisserie experts Brioche Pasquier have delivered the crème de la crème of desserts.
NEW Crème Brulée Tartelette is a triumphant combination of French pâtisserie expertise, delivering the creamy, crunchy burnt sugar flavours of the famous custard dessert in a crisp pastry shell. It is hand finished by our skilled pâtissiers and can be served in minutes.
Simply defrost, remove from packaging and pop in the microwave for ten seconds. To create the signature molten sugar topping which cracks when tapped with a spoon, sprinkle with brown sugar and then apply a culinary torch. The tartelettes come individually wrapped in packs of ten so can be taken out of the freezer to be prepared on demand.
The tartelette is the latest addition to the Symphonie Pasquier range of high quality pâtisserie for the foodservice market. It becomes the fifth individual tartelette included in the range which also features macarons, petits fours and full-sized tartes.
“This is one of those moments when you say, why haven’t we done this before! The Créme Brulée is a classic French dessert, perhaps the most popular of all, and using it as a filling for a tart is such a great idea,” says Matthew Grenter, Foodservice Sales Manager. “We really believe that this will become one of our best-selling desserts, amongst very tough competition in our popular Symphonie Pasquier range.”
The name Brioche Pasquier is synonymous with high quality French pâtisserie and the company puts huge amounts of love and care into the production of their premium products.
