Pâtisserie experts Brioche Pasquier are bringing the precision, taste and quality of their foodservice range of fine French pâtisserie to wholesale and retail customers, through a new range aimed at in-store bakeries, independent bakeries, and retail outlets with bakery counters.

The in-store bakery range features the company’s most popular flavours of French style tartelettes, macarons and petit-fours. Originally developed for the foodservice market, these perfectly baked products represent the very best of the pâtissiers art and are baked to traditional recipes with quality ingredients.

“With the growth of instore and independent bakeries we saw an opportunity for our quality pâtisserie to fill a gap in the market,” explains Matthew Grenter, Foodservice Sales Manager. “Creating this precise and highly skilled style of pastry is time consuming specialist work, and many bakeries do not have the time, space or skillset to bake it from scratch. However, it is much in demand from consumers, so our range should please wholesale and retail customers.”

The products in the in-store bakery range are baked in France by the company’s expert pâtissiers, and frozen to preserve the just baked taste. They are supplied in transparent packaging for easy identification and are designed to offer bakeries the flexibility to use them to suit the needs of their customers.

The thawed products can be displayed in their packs on the shelves, or re-packaged and offered as individual bakery items or as selection packs.
