John Bancroft explains, “the ISO 9001 for quality management and the ISO 14001 for environmental standards are two sides of the same coin for us. They both show our commitment to our customers and what is important to them. Part of this is an obligation to continually improve processes, keep up to date with new technology and to always strive for the best. This is integral to the way we operate. It is important to us personally and it makes us stand out from the competition.”
