It’s been a blossoming month for Aldi. The supermarket has launched over 70 new wines in store and online as part of its Autumn Winter wine range and what’s more, has been crowned ‘Drinks Retailer of The Year’ at the Retail Industry Awards. This is the third consecutive year the discounter has scooped the top spot for its innovative range, and the new Autumn Winter 2021 range is proof that it’s only getting bigger and better as time goes on.

From winter warming Italian reds to full flavoured French whites, the new range boasts show-stopping tipples at amazing prices. To help navigate the award-winning offering, the supermarket has teamed up with Mistress of Wine and the face of Aldi Wine School, Sam Caporn, to offer practical suggestions based on shoppers’ preferences.

Sam Caporn says: “Aldi has really dug deep with this year’s autumn wine range. It’s so refreshing to see that lesser known variants such as the Lebanese Red and Italian Vermentino will be gracing the UK’s wine aisles, so customers can get adventurous with their vino this winter! I hope my suggestions serve as a useful guide for wine fans.”
