‘Mr Wing Yip, Chairman of leading Oriental grocer Wing Yip and his family celebrated Chinese New Year of the Horse with an exclusive banquet for national and regional media at the Wing Wah restaurant in Nechells.

The 30 guests were served eight individual courses of traditional Chinese food including seafood yuk sung with lettuce, pan fried beef fillet with honey bean in XO sauce and fried scallop and squid with mixed pepper in sweet and chilli sauce. Mr Wing Yip toasted his guests and wished them a Happy New Year – Kung Hei Fat Choi!’
