As e-cigarettes became the fastest-growing high street product of 2014 and the Oxford English Dictionary made “vape” its word of the year, FDA-approved US manufacturer Beverly Hills Vapor has announced three new European master distributors in Switzerland, France and Ireland, via its UK subsidiary www.bhvapor.co.uk
Sales of e-cigarettes rose by 50 per cent in 2014 to more than 17 million. Nielsen, the industry research company, said that Britons spent nearly £123 million on e-cigarettes, while sales of nicotine gum and patches fell by more than 6 per cent.
Grocery industry expert Adam Leyland has described e-cigarettes as the biggest trend in the market.
Beverly Hill Vapor’s newest distributor E-Cigarette Club, is one of Ireland’s biggest retailers with a huge online presence plus two Vape Café stores in Belfast and Lisburn, Co Antrim.
