Flavoured super good beetroot variety added to Baxters range
Leading beetroot brand, Baxters, has added a new Super Good flavour to its jarred beetroot offering, Sliced Black Pepper & Fennel. The first flavoured option within the highly popular range will be available in Sainsbury’s stores across the UK, starting from £1.60 (RRP) for a 340g jar.
Before now, the super good ingredient has been sold in Sliced, Baby Beetroot, Crinkle Cut Shredded and diced varieties. The new Black Pepper & Fennel Beetroot is pickled in Apple Cider Vinegar and flavoured with punchy black peppercorns and aromatic fennel seeds for a fantastic flavour hit that is also packed with super good ingredients.
Perfect in seasonal salads, sandwiches, on the side of your favourite winter warmer or straight from the jar, beets are the ideal accompaniment to give you a burst of flavour and ‘good for you’ health benefits – from keeping blood pressure in check to boosting brain power and function.
