NEW Cauldron Butternut & Red Chilli Bites (RRP £2.50#, 160g) will be available in Tesco and Waitrose from 30 April and Sainsbury’s from 7 May. 

Cauldron Butternut & Red Chilli Bites will be bursting into the chillers of major retailers from April. The uniquely moreish snack is set to be another shopper favourite, building on the success of Cauldron Middle Eastern Falafels, which is currently the No. 1 plant based snacking SKU[1].

Cauldron’s new plant packed innovation drives the brand’s mission to disrupt the category with vibrant and delicious plants and veggie products that don’t cost the earth.

Lucy Grogut, Head of Brands at Cauldron Foods, said: “The meat free snacks sector is driving the category forward, enticing meat eaters and flexitarians into trying something new and exciting. It’s the No. 1 sector in meat free and has the highest recruitment, attracting the most new shoppers[2], showing there are plenty of opportunities for retailers to drive incremental sales.”

The tasty new snacks will add excitement and flavour to the fixture. Made with a delicious mix of butternut squash, chickpeas, red pepper, red onion, a touch of mozzarella, and a unique blend of herbs and spices, the Bites are also a source of protein, high in fibre and low in saturated fat.
