These three ‘signature serves’ combine the unmistakable essences of Chocolate and orange COINTREAU®, Lime COINTREAU®, and Rum MOUNT GAY® with Symphonie Pasquier’s inimitable macaron. The iconic patisserie is created by Pasquier’s pastry chefs to signature recipes that ensure macarons with smooth crisp shells and a soft gooey centre with a generous amount of filling. And now with the added subtlety of two of the UK’s favourite alcoholic beverages, the new Macarons ‘Cocktail’ ushers the brand into evening events, pubs, bars, restaurants and of course, Christmas and New Year parties.
Made in France by Symphonie Pasquier pâtissiers, the Macarons ‘Cocktail’ are then distributed frozen to maintain freshness and increase shelf life and versatility. When needed, they are simply defrosted for 4 hours, removed from the packaging and plated. They will last for 5 days after defrosting at chilled temperature and each pack contains 36 individual macarons in the 3 unique flavours, and they are free from preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.
Macarons ‘Cocktail’ is the latest addition to the Symphonie Pasquier range of high quality pâtisserie for the foodservice market and adds to the substantial offering that includes individual tartelettes, petits fours and full-sized tartes.
