Baby potatoes are a popular product in the Irish market and Irish potato growing and packing company Peter Keogh & Sons had been looking for an innovative solution that makes their potatoes stand out from the crowd. By introducing Amcor’s ProtectValve steam venting system for their Baby Potatoes, the company has managed to increase consumer convenience and energy savings through controlled and reduced cooking time.

The potatoes can be cooked directly in the pack without using sharp implements to spike the lid.
