Products such as last year’s St Pierre Spicy Chilli Brioche Buns have proven highly effective, driving significant sales and contributing to 54 per cent growth in savoury brioche over a single summer period[iv]. These seasonal launches continue to play a key role in St Pierre’s growth strategy, helping retailers create excitement at shelf while encouraging shoppers to trade up for products that feel premium yet accessible.
With UK shoppers showing a strong appetite for innovation, and research from Mintel highlighting continued interest in new flavours and formats, flavour is becoming a key purchase driver.
