Whatever the weather there is always something cooking in the kitchen or garden at this this time of year and this is where we come in, whether you are settling for a night in with your loved ones or having your friends over for a BBQ there are several Condiment Company ranges to choose from to pep up your menu.
Make nibbles simple by popping open our Luxury dips, small pots that are perfect for diving straight in. If you are a cheese lover the Stilton dip is to die for or put our Smoked Salmon, Lemon and Pepper dip on some blinis to make into small bites.
For serving up a starter our Sussex Valley Hollandaise is perfect warmed and poured over freshly cooked asparagus or try our new Sussex Valley Chilli and Ginger sauce stir-fried some king prawns.
For the main course serve up some freshly cooked steaks and accompany with our Sussex Valley Hot English Horseradish Sauce, grown only 4 miles down the road its high horseradish percentage means its potency stays in the jar and delivers a nose clearing bite or if that’s too hot for you try our Béarnaise Sauce, warmed and dolloped over your steaks.
If you are dining Al fresco marinade chicken pieces in our Sussex Valley Caribbean Calypso sauce and lets its rum, mango and coconut flavours come through over the BBQ or baste duck pieces in our Oriental Ginger and Spice sauce while BBQing for a Chinese flavour. Of course Alfresco dining also means that the salad must be dressed to impress to, so pour over our Sussex Valley Mustard and Honey dressing or to spice it up our Thai Fusion dressing.
To complete the meal pour our Sussex Valley Raspberry and Basil dressing over some good vanilla ice cream and sit back and enjoy.
