Asian food and flavour specialist, Sharwood’s, has extended its range of Reduced Sugar Stir Fry sauces to its range – available in Oyster & Spring Onion, Teriyaki and Hoisin flavours. These additions are set to help retailers meet increased demand for products that cater to health and lifestyle choices around reduced sugar and meat-free diets, particularly in the world cuisine aisle.

The stir fry category presents 9m occasions which is equivalent to £5.4M in retail sales value.[1] Sales of Sharwood’s existing range are incremental to the category as health continues to be a key shopper trend with high demand.

The new stir fry sauces are available in 120g sachets at an MRSP of 89p.
