A new Sainsbury’s Local store has opened its doors in Salford this morning, offering nearby workers and residents a convenient place to do their shopping from 7am-11pm Monday through to Sunday.
Sainsbury’s Salford New Bailey Square, which is situated in a vibrant part of the city and just round the corner from Salford Central Station, will offer customers a wide range of grocery and household products as well the opportunity to pick up a fresh coffee from a self-service Costa coffee machine or enjoy an orange juice from a fresh juicer. They will also be able to choose from a selection of freshly baked goods from the instore bakery.
Sainsbury’s is committed to supporting its communities and the 18 colleagues that make up the Salford New Bailey Square team will play an active role in the local area and support Sainsbury’s nationwide community programmes and charity partners. Charities in the area that Sainsbury’s has recently supported include Salford Food Bank, Salford Women’s Aid and Wood Street Mission.
