Rondanini UK, a leading importer and manufacturer of fine Italian foods is relaunching Franco Manca’s retail pizza range. The relaunch will see five new Franco Manca pizzas roll out into Tesco, Ocado and Amazon Fresh with improved sourdough bases, upgraded recipes and bold new packaging. Available from 28th April 2025 [RRP: £5.75], the refreshed range has been developed to deliver even more of the quality and flavour that customers expect from Franco Manca.
Crafted in close collaboration with Franco Manca using traditional Italian baking methods, the new sourdough pizza bases are hand-stretched and baked in Italy using time-honoured techniques. The bases are then hand-topped in the UK with the finest, carefully sourced ingredients to deliver the bold, fresh flavour that Franco Manca fans expect.
The range features five updated premium pizza flavours designed to offer a restaurant quality experience at home and meet growing consumer demand for elevated, globally inspired flavour profiles[1]. Each pizza is built on the brand’s signature slow-rising sourdough base, crafted from 00 flour using 100% Italian-selected grains, and a rich 100% Italian tomato sauce.
Highlights include:
Chicken Gyros Pizza – Sweet and smoky Greek-inspired chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and a garlic mint drizzle.
Meatball Ragu Pizza – Tender beef and pork meatballs with a spicy pork crumb and rich tomato ragu.
Salami & ’Nduja Pizza – Spianata salami, creamy mozzarella and a hot honey drizzle on the side to be added as desired.
Halloumi & Hot Honey Pizza – Chargrilled peppers, halloumi, mozzarella and a hot honey glaze.
Quattro Formaggi – mascarpone, Cheddar, mozzarella and pecorino, finished with a balsamic drizzle.
Alongside the flavour innovations, the packaging has also been refreshed with a bold, modern design to stand out on shelf.
