Black Tower Special Release Riesling QbA 2009 (Pfalz): this elegant Riesling has a pale straw colour and heady aromas of guava and mango, with overtones of passion fruit. Exotic fruits continue on the palate balanced by a tight streak of minerality and a touch of citrus. It has a very long, persistent finish. 11.5% abv.
Black Tower Special Release Chardonnay QbA 2009 (Pfalz): distinctive aromas of pineapple and honeydew melon with a refreshing streak of pink grapefruit. A fresh, fruity and unoaked style, it has complex and intense fruit flavours and a rich, mouth filling palate with balanced acidity and a lingering finish. 12% abv.
Black Tower Special Release Pinot Noir QbA 2008 (Baden): this complex wine is medium ruby in colour, with aromas of ripe Morello cherries intermingled with gingerbread, mocca and cocoa. The spiciness continues on the palate and lends an attractive counterpart to the soft, lush fruit and well-integrated tannins. 13% abv.
