Rectella International Ltd – the leading manufacturer of barbeques, wood burning stoves and cooking fuel – has expanded its 50-strong range to include the new InStove – an energy efficient inset fireplace.
The slim-line, multi-fuelled heater is ideal for retailers to position it to shoppers as a fuss-free alternative to an open log or coal fire. InStove (£499 RRP) burns either wood or smokeless coal, making it adaptable to the end user’s preference.
Assembled in the UK, InStove is highly energy efficient and is CE and DEFRA approved. It has been ranked as having an efficiency level of 78 per cent – 65 per cent higher than open chamber fires, enabling it to keep users’ properties warmer for longer without them incurring high costs.
The Solid Fuel Association lists InStove as carbon neutral when used as a wood burning stove, so users can be reassured that it is kind to the environment.
InStove is also easy and quick to fit. It slots into an existing chimney breast, (standard class one builder’s opening -16” by 22”) with no need for a flue or liner, so it is easier to install than an open fireplace. Users benefit from its easy to clean, simple to use properties, whilst receiving the same natural ambience of an open fire, due to its clear glass doors.
The non-convector stove means that, unlike traditional open fires, users can control the heat easily by using the two adjustable vents, to create a warm, cosy environment.
