Pukka, the nation’s number one pie brand[1], is kicking off peak pie season with seven full-on flavour launches across pies and savoury pastry, designed to excite shoppers and drive growth during one of the category’s biggest periods.

The new recipes begin rolling out this month, bringing together fresh takes on much-loved classics, world-inspired innovation and returning seasonal favourites. Each launch will also arrive in Pukka’s bold new look, using distinctive recipe-specific colours to make favourites easier to find and injecting even more colour and confidence into the fixture.

The autumn 2026 launches include:

  • Lamb, Pea & Mint Pie (RRP £2.50): Pukka’s first-ever lamb pie brings the classic flavours of a Sunday lamb roast into iconic, full-on flavour Pukka pie form, combining comfort and familiarity for peak pie season.
  • Tickled Pink Chicken & Mushroom Pie (RRP £2.50): Launching exclusively with Asda in support of its Tickled Pink initiative, Pukka’s Chicken & Mushroom Pie is getting a striking pink makeover, with 17p from every pack sold donated to Asda’s breast cancer charity partners.
  • Mexican Cheese Slice (RRP £1.75): A bold new vegetarian addition to Pukka’s new-look Slices range, which is now worth £7.6m in value[2] and growing +4.2% in unit sales in the last year[3]. Inspired by the flavours of Mexico and given a uniquely Pukka twist, it can be enjoyed hot or cold, making it ideal for food-to-go and easy meal occasions.
  • Creamy Chicken Pie (RRP £2.50): Following the success of last year’s Creamy Pepper Steak Pie, which drove £1.5m incremental spend to the category[4], Pukka is bringing rich, indulgent flavours to a familiar favourite with the Creamy Chicken Pie.
  • The Big One Chicken & Bacon Pie (RRP £5.00): With The Big One already driving £13m worth of sales to the category[5], Pukka is adding the crowd-pleasing combination of chicken and bacon to its popular 500g sharing range.
  • The Big One Chicken & Gravy Pie (RRP £5.00): One of Pukka’s leading flavours is also getting The Big One treatment, bringing Chicken & Gravy into a 500g chilled format made for easy family mealtimes.
  • Festive Pie (RRP £2.50): Pukka’s seasonal favourite returns supporting Young Lives vs Cancer, with 10p from every pie sold donated to the charity.

Isaac Fisher, CEO at Pukka, says: “Autumn is when pies really come into their own, so we’re going big. Seven launches across individual and sharing pies, as well as on-the-go slices, gives shoppers more reasons than ever to come back to the fixture – and retailers plenty of opportunity to make the most of peak pie season.

“People already know what they come to Pukka for – iconic pies, proper quality and full-on flavour. So, for us, innovation isn’t about changing that. It’s about taking the flavours people already love and finding new, exciting ways to give them the Pukka treatment. That could be bringing Sunday roast into a pie with our lamb debut, turning up the flavour in food-to-go or giving families even more of their favourites with The Big One.

“We’re heading into autumn with real momentum behind us. As a brand worth over £94m[6], we’ve got big ambitions to become number one across total savoury pastry. This line-up keeps our loyal fans excited, gives new shoppers a reason to try Pukka and, most importantly, brings a lot more full-on flavour to the fixture.”

Pukka’s Autumn 2026 Innovation

Pukka Lamb, Pea & Mint Pie

RRP: £2.50, 205g
Launching in: Sainsbury’s (16th September), Ocado (16th September), Iceland (21st September) and Asda (29th October).

The new Lamb, Pea & Mint Pie joins Pukka’s hero range of individual chilled pies, bringing the flavours of a much-loved Sunday roast into a quick and convenient Pukka favourite.

Succulent minced lamb is paired with sweet garden peas in a rich minty gravy, encased in Pukka’s signature 144 layers of golden puff pastry.

Fisher says: “Sunday roast and pie night are two of Britain’s great comfort-food occasions, so bringing them together felt like the perfect fit. It also marks a first for Pukka, with lamb joining our pie range for the very first time. Lamb, pea and mint is a combination people already know and love – we’ve just given it the Pukka treatment and wrapped it in 144 layers of golden pastry. Big on flavour and ready in just 30 minutes, it’s exactly the kind of easy meal solution we want heading into autumn.”

Pukka Tickled Pink Chicken & Mushroom Pie

RRP: £2.50, 205g
Launching in: Asda exclusively (24th September).

Pukka is partnering exclusively with Asda to bring its Tickled Pink campaign to the pie aisle for a 2nd year, aiming to raise £25k for the supermarket’s breast cancer charity partners.

Landing ahead of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Pukka’s Chicken & Mushroom Pie will swap its usual pack for a vibrant pink makeover, with 17p from every sale donated to Breast Cancer Now and Coppa Feel.

Fisher says: “Tickled Pink has raised an incredible amount for two brilliant charities, so we’re really proud to get behind the campaign again this year. Putting one of our best-loved pies in bright pink gives shoppers a really simple way to support Breast Cancer Now and Coppa Feel as part of their normal shop – and hopefully gets plenty more people stopping at the fixture and taking notice too.”

Pukka Mexican Cheese Slice

RRP: £1.75, 140g
Launching in: Tesco exclusively (12th October).

Pukka’s world flavour-inspired Slices have already shown the appetite for something different in food-to-go, with Jamaican Jerk Chicken helping drive £223k of value sales to the Slices category in the last year alone[7].

Now the brand is adding a new vegetarian option to the range with Mexican Cheese – bringing bold, Mexican-inspired flavour to Pukka’s popular eat-hot-or-cold format.

Mature cheddar cheese is perfectly paired with potato, onion, peppers and chillies, wrapped in Pukka’s signature puff pastry.

Fisher says: “Our Slices are all about full-on flavour you can eat wherever the day takes you, and Mexican Cheese brings bold, globally inspired flavour to the fixture that’s suitable for vegetarians, but still unmistakably Pukka. Hot at home or cold on the go, it gives shoppers an easy way to bring a lot more flavour to lunch, dinner or anything in between.”

Pukka Creamy Chicken Pie

RRP: £2.50, 205g
Launching in: Morrisons (6th October), Tesco (19th October), Ocado (19th October) and Asda (23rd October).

Last year’s Pukka Creamy Pepper Steak Pie proved just how much appetite there is for bringing more classic pie recipes to market, driving £1.5m in incremental value spend to the category[8].

Now Pukka is bringing the same rich and indulgent approach to one of its biggest flavour territories with its new Creamy Chicken Pie, featuring tender pieces of chicken in a creamy white wine sauce, in a light puff pastry case.

Fisher says: “We already know Pukka fans love a chicken pie, so this is about taking a real favourite and turning the creaminess right up. Creamy Pepper Steak showed us there’s a big appetite for richer twists on classic recipes, and we think Creamy Chicken has all the makings of another proper full-on flavour crowd-pleaser.”

Pukka The Big One Chicken & Bacon Pie

RRP: £5.00, 500g
Launching in: Asda (22nd October).

Since the family-favourite ‘The Big One’ range launched in 2024, it has delivered £13m worth of sales to the category[9] as shoppers have embraced the chance to get even more of Pukka’s favourites.

Tender pieces of chicken meets smoked diced bacon in a creamy sauce, baked in a shortcrust pastry case and puff pastry lid.

This autumn, Pukka is adding the ultimate crowd-pleasing combination of chicken and bacon to the range, delivering a hearty and convenient option for family mealtimes as the evenings draw in.

Pukka The Big One Chicken & Gravy Pie

RRP: £5.00, 500g
Launching in: Sainsbury’s (16th September), Ocado (1st October), Morrisons (6th October) and Asda (22nd October)

And one new The Big One wasn’t enough. Pukka is also taking its popular frozen Chicken & Gravy Pie and bringing it into the 500g sharing format.

Tender pieces of chicken paired with golden chicken gravy are encased in Pukka’s signature flaky pastry, giving shoppers another familiar favourite to put in the middle of the table.

Fisher says: “The Big One does exactly what it says on the box – more Pukka for when one pie just isn’t enough. Adding Chicken & Bacon and Chicken & Gravy gives families two really familiar, crowd-pleasing flavours in a bigger format made for the middle of the table. Proper comfort food, easy to serve and plenty to go around.”

Pukka Festive Pie

RRP: £2.50, 205g
Launching in: Asda (29th October), Ocado (9th November), Morrisons (11th November) and Iceland (8th December).

Back by popular demand, Pukka’s Festive Pie returns with all the best bits of Christmas dinner wrapped up in one full-on flavour pie.

Continuing its partnership with Young Lives vs Cancer, Pukka is donating 10p from every pie sold, helping the charity support children and young people facing cancer and their families this Christmas.

Tender chicken, pork stuffing, sausages, bacon, seasonal veg and sweet cranberries come together in lashings of rich meaty gravy – all tucked up in 144 layers of Pukka’s signature puff pastry.

Fisher says: “Our Festive Pie is basically Christmas dinner wrapped in pastry, so it’s no surprise people wanted it back. It gives shoppers all those brilliant festive flavours without having to wait for the big day itself. We’re also really proud to continue supporting Young Lives vs Cancer, with every pie sold helping the charity be there for young people and their families when they need it most.”
