This year’s Professional Clothing Show will take place at the NEC on 1-2 April 2014.

The event, which was previously held at Silverstone and the Ricoh Arena, is the only UK show dedicated entirely to the manufacture and supply of professional clothing, from cutting edge corporate wear to durable work wear and life-saving PPE (personal protective equipment).

Organisers are expecting between 2000 – 3000 attendees.

Visitors to the Professional Clothing Show can discover hundreds of new lines, and for those new to the industry, can learn more about the “how to buy” process; it’s an ideal place to source new products as well as offering a fantastic opportunity to network with peers and colleagues.

“It’s wonderful to be returning to the NEC,” said the Professional Clothing Show’s Managing Director Yvette Ashby. “The facilities are world class and feedback from visitors and exhibitors at our previous events indicates that 2014 is going to be the best event yet, attracting even more visitors and exhibitors from the UK and overseas.”

David Gallagher, the NEC’s New Business Development Manager, added: “This is a really exciting win for the NEC. We have an enviable track record of helping our customers grow their events here and a flagship event such as the Professional Clothing Show belongs at the NEC. We look forward to working together.”

At the heart of the Professional Clothing Show will be ‘Pro Show Live’, a live fashion show during which the London 2012 Game Makers’ uniforms will be modelled live on the catwalk, allowing visitors a close-up view of the now famous Olympic outfits.

In addition, the prestigious Professional Clothing Awards – which celebrate achievement in the work wear, corporate wear and PPE industry – will take place during the show and will be hosted by Ruth Morris, uniform manager for the Rugby World Cup 2015 and manager of the uniform programme for the hugely successful 2012 London Olympics.
