KP Snacks today announces the launch of an exciting new range for its beacon “Better For You” brand popchips. popchips popcorn is being launched as a ‘Better for You’ non-HFSS popcorn, delivering on the popchips brand promise of offering a snacking experience that is focussed on great taste without compromise.

Designed to drive incremental brand growth, popchips popcorn seeks to attract new shoppers to the popcorn category, with a particular focus on adults and sharing occasions to bring family and friends together.

The new range is launching exclusively in Waitrose this month, rolling out in two of the most popular popcorn flavours, Salted and Sweet & Salty.

The Healthier Snacking segment is strong and growing +35.4%[1] as trends towards healthier eating continue, with shoppers searching for permissible snacks that don’t compromise on flavour. popchips is set to drive excitement amongst consumers as the iconic brand enters the popcorn category for the first time.

popchips is rated as the number one ‘Better for You’ bagged snack brand in the sharing pack format. Last year, the entire popchips portfolio was reformulated to become non-HFSS.
