Over 10,000 UK households vote for uniqueness and innovation of Plenty’s Handy Towels.

Product of the Year, the biggest UK consumer survey of its type, announced that Plenty Handy Towels have been voted winner in the Household Paper category due to the products innovative and unique nature as well as the brands ability to recognise and adapt to changing consumer trends.

Voted for by more than 10,000* people across the UK, the handy single sheets, convenient and hygienic flow-wrap box and stylish design have been singled out and described as perfect for any household, any room and any type of mess.  The award win also indicates that the product is unlike any other currently on the market.

As the UK’s No. 1 brand of household towel, Plenty’s Brand Manager Leanne McLeod said that: “Our focus on keeping ahead of consumer trends and developing insight onto how households are changing and adapting led us to create our innovative Plenty Handy Towels.  We also concentrated on the need for more convenience products in homes and ensured that Handy Towels resonate with consumers and will ensure we see repeat purchase rates rise.”

Handy Towels are now listed in all major UK retailers. In its first year, Handy Towels have added £1.1million** worth of incremental growth to the Household Tissue category, with increasing purchases and repeat rates, particularly among younger and more affluent shoppers.

Plenty Handy Towels are available to buy in Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Ocado.
