It’s official Peter’s produce the best Steak and Kidney pie in the UK, after their Premier Pie came top of its class at the British Pie Awards 2010.
The accolade was presented at a ceremony in Melton Mowbray following rigorous judging by a panel of renowned foodies including TV chefs Phil Vickery and Rosemary Shrager.
And to celebrate their win, they’ve named a star in the sky “Peter’s Pies”.

The “Peter’s Pies” star is located in the Northern Hemisphere in the constellation of Hercules, which appropriately means champion or hero.

It is also the pie favoured by most pubs and restaurants because it is one of the most popular meat fillings among British people. This proves that our pies are most definitely out of this World!”
