Pastry supremo Pidy will be unveiling a raft of exciting ideas for IFE 2011 as well as bringing a whole new range to the show. Visitors to the stand can be the first to benefit from the company’s latest Star initiative, to be launched officially in April. The scheme has a reward structure with a luxurious top prize. “We’re offering a five star long weekend for two,”says Robert Whittle, GM for Pidy UK.

Not to be missed are the company’s new shells created from Filo pastry. And every guest who provides their business card or name and address will get a free full colour canapé booklet containing Pidy products with ideas devised by featured well-known chefs.

The concept of ‘Drunch’ (dinner and lunch) can be seen on the stand.  Drunch encompasses bite-sized and small portions of starters, main course and dessert dishes all on one plate and has been adopted by foodies across the globe as an alternative to weekend Brunch.

Pidy’s new signature picture, shown here features widely at the exhibition. Comprised of an enticing line-up of Pidy pastry products, the photo logo celebrates the intended build-up of the Pidy UK team in 2011 and the company’s plans to venture into new markets.

Running demonstrations and serving suggestions are planned throughout the show and the Group’s experienced technicians will be on hand at all times to answer questions.  Samples of the new products, as well as those from the existing core range, will be on display to the rear of the stand. Full colour literature highlighting the versatility, time and money saving aspects of ready-to-use pastry will be available free of charge.

A warm welcome awaits all visitors and the Pidy team looks forward to seeing you there.
